Boston Public Library
Cool discovery: Anyone who has their primary residence in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, works in Massachusetts, or owns residential property in the Commonwealth can apply for and receive an eCard for the Boston Public Library. You don’t even have to physically show up at any of their branches to get these benefits.
The library provides a ton of digital resources to Massachusetts residents.
